AITS MEDICAL VAN OPERATORS COURSE (MVOC) TRAIN THE TRAINER (T3) INSTRUCTOR COURSE

The 16- Hour AITS Medical Van / Ambulette / Wheelchair Van Course will prepare your personnel to present the AITS MVOC training course.

The AITS Medical Van Train the Trainer (T3) Instructor Course includes the correct operation of hydraulic wheelchair lift devices as well as best practices for the loading and securing of wheelchair-bound patients. Participants will receive classroom instruction on the course materials, presentation skills, and will actually perform setting up, demonstrating, and coaching on a closed driving range.

AITS MVOC includes the lessons with PowerPoint visuals and several videos that demonstrate the correct use of a variety of  lift systems and how to safely secure the wheelchairs in the vehicle. The MVOC course also includes lessons on professionalism, special considerations, properly securing and transporting, and safely operating and driving a medical transport vehicle.

This course will cover operating various Para-Transit type vehicles and introcduces proficiency testing that becomes the training record for your organization.
